Residential Home Inspection

· Radon Detection
Radon gas has become a subject of growing interest for home owners. It is a radioactive gas that can build up indoors, exposing residents to possible health risks. Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer, according to the EPA. Fortunately, a simple test can determine if radon is a problem in your home. We use monitoring equipment verified by a certified laboratory, giving you accurate and professional results to ensure your safety. · 11-month Inspection
Do not let you builder’s warranty expire without scheduling this inspection. Let our consultant check your 11-month-old property to make sure you get the full benefit from the warranty program your builder gave you when you moved into your new house. We will identify areas of deficiencies and provide you a third party report that you can give to your builder.
· Thermal Imaging
We utilize top of the line FLIR thermal imaging cameras to check your properties heating continuity, insulation, and electrical system. Thermal imagery also helps detect moisture issues, giving you another line of defense against hidden water leaks.
· Limited Inspection
Sometimes you need to check just a single home component or limited components. Our consultants can come out and check any exterior, garage, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, structure, attic, basement or crawlspace problem or question you may have.
· Stage Inspections of New Construction
Out of town and not able to see, firsthand, construction activities on your new home? Our consultants will visit the construction site as often as you need. We will make sure the footers, framing, rough systems and insulation are done right before they are covered.
